DTM uses a number of third-party service to run the Site;
Google Fonts - Used to enhance the visual styling of our site, Google may collect usage data as specified in their Privacy Policy.
Mailchimp (The Rocket Science Group, LLC) - Used to manage email marketing subscriber lists and send emails to our subscribers. Read their Privacy Policy.

Data security is very important to DTM, as such we take care to ensure all data is handled and secured, both technologically and physically to the full extent to which we have control.
Raft App
Despite the Monkey Ltd. built the Raft app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by Despite the Monkey Ltd. at no cost and is intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform app users regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service. This is in addition to an in app notification giving a brief explanation of how the app uses location data.
If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the use of information in relation to this policy. We will not use or share your information with anyone.
The app accesses the precise location data of your device whilst in use. At no time is this, or any personal information, transferred to any server. All data accessed by the app is deleted upon closure
First Contact App
Despite the Monkey Ltd. built the First Contact alongside Fuse Arts Collective app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by Despite the Monkey Ltd. at no cost and is intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform app users regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service. This is in addition to an in app notification giving a brief explanation of how the app uses location data.

The app accesses the precise location data of your device whilst in use. At no time is this, or any personal information, transferred to any server. All personal data accessed by the app is deleted upon closure.
The app also collects anonymous data for the purpose of scientific study. This is explained to users on a page in the app before asking for the user’s consent. If no consent is given, no data will be collected. If consent is given, data is collected and stored using Google Firebase. This data will be shared with the University of Surrey for the purpose of scientific analysis. Please see below for more information on how the University of Surrey will manage this data.
If the privacy policy is accepted, the app collects anonymous data for the purpose of improving the app using Google Analytics for Firebase. Information collected includes: device information; number of users ; number of sessions; session duration; application opens; first launches; operating systems.

University of Surrey
Data Management:
Your data will be held and processed in the strictest confidence, and in accordance with current data protection regulations. Personal identifying data, such as name, email, and telephone numbers, will not be collected or preserved, your age and gender will be recorded and will be destroyed by the researcher after the study. All other anonymised data may be stored by the university on a secure university server for a minimum of 10 years. If you decide to withdraw from the study, we may not be able to withdraw your data. We will keep and use the minimum amount of personally-identifiable information about you that we have already obtained in order to complete the study. The University of Surrey, who has the legal responsibility for managing the data in this study, will act as the ‘Data Controller’ for this study. The evaluation team will process your personal data on behalf of the controller and are responsible for looking after your information and using it properly. Your information may be subject to review for monitoring and audit purposes, by individuals from the University of Surrey and/or regulators who will treat your data in confidence.
